Foils seals and hoods

Formed foil hoods have the same functionality as standard heatshrinking seals. Such seals are a form of a guarantee of item beeing unopened for the end customer.
initial foil forming is performed in order to ease the application and more accurate welding on a product which leads to faster manufacturing and gives better esthetic and usability. It means that such foil is not wrinkled and perfectly applied to your product.

 

 

Heatshrinking labels

After putting the single section of foil on the neck of the bottle or on the lid of the jar, and then passing it through the heated tunnel, the foil is shrinking, protecting in this way the product before the undesirable opening. Such a seal is a superb guarantee for the customer. It proves the inviolability of product by outside person. The term-shrinking foil in the conveyor is ideal to add various free products the main product ( ball pens, pendant key rings, glasses, lighters, the samples of different materials). The film with multicoloured overprints can be put on the whole product, and then it also fulfils the function of etiquette.
